DUTIES:
Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.
Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
Plant flowers, shrubs, and bushes.
May apply pesticide to get rid of pests
Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
Perform routine maintenance duties as required by each facility/property
Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized.
Use leaf blower, rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean background
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must have basic operational knowledge of weed eater, blower and edger
Reliable transportation to and from shop
